Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Policy explains how Intendoris subscriptions can be cancelled and how Paddle, our Merchant of Record, handles refunds.
1. Merchant of Record
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for Intendoris purchases completed through Paddle Checkout. Paddle processes the payment, applicable transaction taxes, invoices, cancellations and approved refunds. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. If those terms conflict with this summary, Paddle's terms govern the purchase transaction.
2. Cancelling a subscription
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel renewal at any time through the secure customer billing portal available in Intendoris account settings. You should cancel before the next renewal date. Unless a refund is granted or access is suspended for another reason, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then.
3. Refund eligibility
Transactions are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Paddle may grant a discretionary refund when a request is submitted within 14 days of a transaction, but submitting within that period does not guarantee approval. Paddle reviews requests individually and may consider product use, the reason for the request, fraud or abuse, and applicable legal rights. This Policy does not limit mandatory rights relating to a product that is faulty, not as described or not delivered.
4. Annual subscriptions and unused time
Cancelling an annual subscription prevents the next annual renewal. It does not automatically create a partial or prorated refund for unused time in the current annual period. Any refund remains subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable mandatory rights.
5. How to request a refund
The fastest route is Paddle's public buyer-support portal. Have the email used at checkout and your transaction or invoice reference ready. You can also contact Intendoris without signing in, and we will review the product issue and coordinate any agreed refund through Paddle. Intendoris does not send refunds outside Paddle.
6. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times are outside Intendoris control. Product access connected to the refunded transaction may end when the refund is issued. Taxes and currency conversion follow Paddle's transaction rules.
7. Failed payments and disputes
Failed payments may enter Paddle's payment-recovery process and may limit paid access. If you do not recognise a charge or believe there is an error, contact Paddle or Intendoris before starting a chargeback so the transaction can be investigated. This does not remove any lawful right to dispute a payment.
8. Subscription help
For account-specific cancellation help, signed-in customers can open a tracked request in Support. Anyone can contact office@intendoris.com without signing in.
