Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Intendoris decision and provider-coordination platform.
1. The service
Intendoris helps organisations describe goals, review AI-assisted interpretations, compare solution paths, coordinate with providers and record outcomes. It does not provide legal, financial or procurement advice and does not guarantee a provider or business outcome.
2. Accounts and organisations
You must provide accurate information, keep access secure and ensure invited users are authorised. Organisation owners control membership, roles and shared records. Actions by authorised members are treated as actions of the organisation.
3. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, malicious or infringing material; probe security; bypass plan limits; misuse provider data; or use the service to make unlawful automated decisions. We may restrict access to protect users or the service.
4. AI and human approval
AI outputs may be incomplete or wrong. Material interpretations, sharing decisions, provider selection and outcomes remain subject to human review. Submitted content may be sent to configured processors solely to provide the service.
5. Fees and renewal
Paid plans renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. The checkout Merchant of Record collects payment, taxes and issues invoices. Plan changes, failed payments and cancellation are reflected after verified billing events.
6. Data, confidentiality and IP
You retain rights in submitted content and grant us the limited rights needed to operate, secure and improve the service. Each party must protect confidential information. Intendoris software, branding and non-customer materials remain ours.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but may be interrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Mandatory rights are not limited.
8. Termination
You may cancel through the billing portal. We may suspend material breach, security risk or non-payment. Export data before access ends; retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and DPA.
